Designed in accordance with EN 1074 Parts 1 and 2.
Face-to-face dimensions according to EN 558.
Flange drilling according to EN 1092-2 (ISO 7005-2).
Hydraulic test according to EN 1074-1 & 2 and EN 12266.
Body and bonnet made of GJS-500-7 (GGG50) ductile iron.
Gate made of ductile iron vulcanized with EPDM, with a brass shaft fixing nut.
Shaft made of 13% Cr stainless steel, cold-formed.
V-shaped packing.
Special profile EPDM gasket between body and bonnet.
Bonnet-body bolts may be stainless steel or carbon steel, externally sealed.
Epoxy coating internally and externally, according to DIN 30677-2.
